Directives for Mass during the Flu Season

 

Blood of Christ will not be offered at Communion until further notice.

 

  • Do Not attend Mass if you have flu-like symptoms or not feeling well.

  • Do Not bring children to Mass who have flu/cold-like symptoms or are not feeling well.

  • Do Not shake hands at the "Sign of Peace".

  • Do Not hold hands during the "Our Father."

  • Do Not touch your face or mouth without first washing your hands.

  • If you cough or sneeze - use the bent arm area or your sleeve.

  • Wash your hands with hot water and soap, for at least 20 seconds, before and after Mass.

  • When you can't wash your hands use a hand sanitizer with at least 62% alcohol.

  • Get your flu shot, get plenty or rest, eat a balanced diet, drink water and exercise.

 

Use these guidelines for all events of your daily living and be well.

 

God's people should remember that they are excused from attending Mass if: (a) they are ill with the flu or have reason to believe that they have flu-like symptoms; (b) must stay home to care for a family member who is ill; or (c) they reasonably fear they will spread a flu virus.

 

By following this directive, you are exercising a corporal work of mercy.

Directivas Para la Misa Durante La Temporada de Gripe


La Sangre de Cristo no se ofrecera en comuni6n hasta nuevo aviso.

 

  • No asistir a la misa si tiene sintomas similares a la gripe o no se siente bien.

  • No llevar a los nines a la misa que tienen la gripe o resfriado como sintomas o no se sienten bien.

  • Nose den la mano en el "Signe de Paz".

  • Nose den la mano durante el "Padre Nuestro".

  • No tocar su cara o su boca sin lavarse las manes primero.

  • Si tose o estornuda - utilice el area del braze doblado o su manga.

  • Lavese las manes con agua caliente y jab6n, durante al menos de 20 segundos, antes y despues de la misa.

  • Cuando no puede lavarse las manes utilice un desinfectante de manes con al menos de 62% de alcohol.

  • Obtenga su vacuna contra la gripe, descansar suficientemente, comer una dieta balanceada, beber agua y hacer ejercicio.

  • Utilice estas directivas para todos los eventos de su vida diaria y estar

Las personas de Dias deben recordar que ellos son excusados de asistir a la Misa si:
